Beijing CAS Microneedle Technology Co., Ltd., branded as CASMN, was founded in 2018 as a technology-commercialisation enterprise originating from the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company focuses on polymer microneedle formulation development and industrialization across pharmaceutical, medical-device and functional-skincare programs.

CASMN operates a Beijing R&D and pilot platform with pilot-scale capacity of approximately 10 million patches per year, and a Chongqing scale-manufacturing base with an annual production capacity of approximately 150 million patches. The two bases support feasibility assessment, formulation and process development, analytical evaluation, pilot scale-up, clinical-stage sample preparation and manufacturing transition according to project requirements.
