Microcrystal particle system
Development and optimization based on product positioning, use method and intended skincare benefits.
MICRONEEDLE ESSENCE OIL
CASMN provides integrated support from product planning and microcrystal-system development to essence oil formulation, evaluation, packaging compatibility and scalable manufacturing.
PRODUCT FORMAT
Microneedle Essence Oil is an innovative functional-skincare format that combines microcrystal particles with an essence oil system. Natural settling can occur during storage, so products are generally shaken thoroughly before use. The microcrystal system, oil formulation and selected cosmetic actives can be developed together for different skincare concepts.
CORE FEATURES
Development and optimization based on product positioning, use method and intended skincare benefits.
Design of the oil phase, selected actives and sensory profile for the intended product concept.
Development can extend to masks, serums, kits and other coordinated skincare formats.
Product planning, prototypes, evaluation, packaging compatibility, filing support and scalable manufacturing.
USAGE GUIDE

Invert the bottle and shake well before use. Natural settling may occur, and shaking helps redistribute the microcrystal particles throughout the oil system.
After shaking, use the dropper to dispense approximately 5–7 drops into the palm or directly onto the face, according to the product directions.
Use the fingertips to spread the essence oil and microcrystals evenly with gentle circular motions. Follow the product directions for application to specific areas.
Where the product protocol calls for it, follow the essence oil with a sheet mask as part of the skincare routine.
Microcrystal particles dispersed in an essence oil system may settle naturally during storage because of the characteristics of the formulation. This does not by itself indicate product failure. Shaking thoroughly according to the product directions helps redistribute settled particles and makes the product system more uniform for each use.

One project pathway from planning and prototyping to production delivery.
It is an innovative skincare format that combines a microcrystal particle system with an essence oil. The particle system, oil formulation and selected actives can be developed together for the intended product positioning.
Natural settling may occur when microcrystal particles are dispersed in an oil system. Products are therefore generally shaken thoroughly before use according to their directions.
It is generally shaken well, applied in an appropriate amount and spread evenly. Massage steps or follow-on skincare should follow the specific product directions.
The amount depends on the formulation, packaging and directions. The illustrated example uses approximately 5–7 drops.
Some product concepts can be designed for use with a sheet mask. The sequence and pairing should be defined for the specific formulation and use directions.
Yes. CASMN can support product planning, essence oil and microcrystal-system development, prototyping, evaluation, packaging compatibility, filing support and scalable manufacturing.
Potential directions include firming, brightening, moisturizing, night-care and sheet-mask combination concepts, subject to formulation and compliance review.
