微针贴剂技术——创新制剂研发平台技术

微针药物递送作为新型经皮递送技术,是一种主动皮肤渗透增强技术。微针呈针状结构,长度通常为几百微米,作用于皮肤后,可突破皮肤角质层屏障,仅以微创方式穿透表皮,在皮肤表面形成微米级微孔,进而增强药物传递效率;且不会损伤真皮层神经元,能最大限度减少透皮给药相关的疼痛,显著改善皮肤渗透性、提升透皮给药效果。

这一特性可有效克服传统注射给患者带来的不适感、针头恐惧感及相关副作用,同时兼具无痛无创、给药便捷的优势,大幅提高患者的用药依从性。随着微针制备技术持续提升,其发展更助力实现温度敏感型药物的脱冷链运输及储存,显著降低物流成本。

包衣微针技术

在不溶于水的微针针尖表面包衣药物,扎入皮内后快速释放,适用于微量、精准定量给药。

溶解微针技术

以水溶性药用高分子辅料为基质,将药物或活性成分均匀分散于基质或针尖,针尖入皮后快速溶解并释放药物。

溶胀微针技术

微针贴片不溶于水,针尖入皮后形成溶胀凝胶通道,药物沿通道进入体内;释药后针尖可完整移出,适用于大剂量透皮给药。
